Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and eligibility conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or altered products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards, especially considering our health-focused and intimate wear category.
